• Validity: A valid e-ticket will be issued once your booking is confirmed. ENA Transport Pvt. Ltd. will accept this e-ticket for its operations.
• Customer Support: We provide customer support and information regarding ticket availability and purchase.

Booking Confirmation: Once payment is successfully made, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your e-ticket details.

Personal Information: You must provide accurate personal information during the booking process. Any incorrect information can lead to booking issues.

ENA Transport Pvt. Ltd. is committed to providing reliable services but does not assume responsibility for the following:

• Buses not departing or arriving on time.
• Bus seats or other services not meeting the Passenger's expectations.
• Trip cancellations by ENA Transport Pvt. Ltd. due to unavoidable reasons.

• Passenger baggage being lost, stolen, or damaged.

• Changing a Passenger's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady or child.

• Passengers waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to confirm the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
• The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take Passengers to the bus departure point.

• Tentative Timings: The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time mentioned on the ticket.
• Delays: ENA Transport Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any delays caused by road conditions, traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• Cancellation: Cancellations can be made according to our cancellation policy, which is available on our website.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

• Entire Agreement:
  These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ENA Transport Pvt. Ltd. regarding the use of our online booking services.
• Waiver: Any failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights
