  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time to be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before departure will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Amount

  • If the cancellation is made at least 6 hours before departure, you will be eligible for a partial refund.

    • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee will be deducted from the total ticket fare.
    • Service Charges: Any service charges or booking fees are non-refundable.

Refund Calculation

  • The refund amount will be the ticket fare minus the cancellation fee and any non-refundable service charges.

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, a refund request will be initiated.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and SMS regarding your refund status.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Payment Method

  • For payments made via credit/debit card or mobile banking, the refund will be credited back to the same account.
  • For payments made in cash, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Last-Minute Cancellations
    • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
  • No-Show
    • If you do not show up for the journey and fail to cancel the ticket, no refund will be provided.
